It is the Physical Therapist’s job to evaluate all assigned patients, as well as develop and implement a plan of care that follows the referring provider’s recommendations. The Physical Therapist is responsible for delegating tasks amongst Physical Therapy Assistants, as well as Rehabilitation Technicians. The Physical Therapist is expected to serve as an educator to their patients and their loved ones. Also perform other professional duties as required by the patients and the rehabilitation department.
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program that meets licensure requirements in the state of Illinois.
No experience required.
Must be a licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Illinois.
Certified BLS or completion within a short period of time upon employment is required.
